Stay tuned for new Tao Yin class dates

If you’ve never tried Tao Yin before you may be surprised by how effective these simple, unforced movements are at bringing circulation and flexibility deep into chronically tight areas of the body and mind.  I will start the class with a standing warm-up before we go to the floor and work powerful acupressure points in the feet, legs, and low back (that always feels great!) Those pressure points help direct the circulation in a unique way, so that when we then follow up with relaxed, flowing floor stretches, tension truly melts away and is replaced by nourishing, enlivening qi. Please join us and see for yourself.  No experience is necessary. As with all of my Qigong classes, this one is open to and appropriate for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
