Breathe and Relax

I look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Tuesday July 20, however I have to cancel class on Thursday July 22 and Sunday July 25 in order to travel to Maine to be with my family. I encourage you to do some Qigong on your own during those days, even if it’s only an exercise or two. Just a few moments of deep, relaxed breathing, perhaps followed by “Knocking on the Door of Life” or “Spinal Cord Breathing” will instantly open the flow of energy as you drop stress that you might not have realized you were holding.
