The Tao is always at ease.

it overcomes without competing,

answers without speaking a word,

arrives without being summoned,

accomplishes without a plan.

Its net covers the whole universe.

And though its meshes are wide,

it doesn’t let a thing slip through.

--Tao Te Ching, Chapter 73

Summertime and the Qigong is easy, to paraphrase the great George Gershwin. As teacher Kenneth Cohen said in one of my first Qigong classes, “The only mistake you can make in Qigong is to not relax.” That’s a nice thing to remember during these warm summer days. Please join me as we learn how to move without effort, tension or apprehension. It’s the quickest path to creating more energy and joy.
