Healthy Feet and Ankles

Do your feet hurt? Chances are they do. Many, if not most, of our foot and ankle problems can be relieved with patience, better shoes, and non-surgical interventions. I will be teaching a series of foot and ankle workshops which will include may of my favorite exercises for bringing strength and flexibility back to the feet and ankles. I’ll explain how the way we stand and use our feet has a ripple effect all the way up through the knees, hips, and spine. I’ll also show you how to use acupressure and self-massage techniques to enhance circulation and flexibility in your feet, ankles, and lower legs.
