Announcing a new class: Afternoon Tao Yin

I’ve enjoyed teaching Tao Yin floor stretches as a bonus after our regular Qigong classes on Thursday and Sunday mornings.  Participants benefit quickly from this beautiful and rarely taught technique!  After only a few sessions you will feel how the soothing, flowing Tao Yin method eases tight, stiff muscles and brings circulation deep into the body’s meridian system.

I’d like more of you to have the chance to learn this rejuvenating and powerfully healing technique and so I’m announcing a new, monthly class: Afternoon Tao Yin. It will take place the last Wednesday of each month at 5 PM EST, beginning April 28th, and will include a full standing warm-up as well as at least 30 minutes of relaxing, flowing floor stretches. Tao Yin melts the tension, stress, and old injuries right out of your bodymind! For us Easterners, it’s a great way to ease into the evening; for my West Coast friends, it’s a perfect after lunch treat to bring lots of relaxed energy to the rest of your day. No prior experience is necessary, beginners as well as experienced practitioners both can benefit. As with all my online classes, payment is an optional donation of $10 dollars or whatever you feel comfortable paying. We need your energy more than your money.
