Trust Your Qi

Trust your qi. Once you have practiced Qigong enough to be able to identify when or where your energy feels stuck, stagnant, or depleted, then it’s simply a matter of reminding that energy how to soften and flow. Find a bit of quiet time, even just 5 minutes, and feel your feet on the Earth, the crown of your head suspended from the sky. Take a few deep, relaxed breaths into your lower dantien. Let go of whatever feels uncomfortable, perhaps using a cleansing breath (in through the nose, out through the mouth) to help this process along. Think to yourself “Ice to water, water to mist, mist to flowing energy.” Feel stress and tension loosen their grip as they transform into peace, vitality, and well-being. Warning: this is addictive and will make you look at least 10 years younger, especially if done regularly! :-)
