Thanksgiving

This week and every week I hope you have a lot to be grateful for, in spite of the complexities of life in 2020. I, for one, am super grateful for our Zoom classes. Each one feels like a mini vacation from the craziness and stress as we practice learning how to shift perspective. Instead of fixating on the negativity out there (or within) we focus instead on the sensations of letting go, relaxing, and getting centered and grounded. We learn to reconnect to the energy of nature through our breath and are reminded that our own, intrinsic nature has amazing abilities to heal and strengthen. I am sincerely grateful to each and every one of you who has added your “qi” the mix.  I am learning so much from you and couldn’t do it without you.

This Tuesday, November 24, given that many of us will be celebrating with a nice big meal on Thursday, I will teach exercises and acupressure points that support good digestion and metabolism.  As always, we will “digest” our emotional energy too, turning worry and concern into clarity and calm. If all that sounds like magic, well, it feels that way to me, too.  Please join us! But not Thursday. No class on Thanksgiving, but I look forward to seeing you Tuesday and Sunday. Happy Thanksgiving week, everyone!
