Avoiding Zoom Fatigue
Avoiding Zoom Fatigue
Do you know how my students and I avoid Zoom fatigue? We collaborate in the creation of each Qigong class. As instructor I always have a lesson planned, but whenever someone logs in early or stays late and mentions an issue he or she is dealing with, I adjust that plan and figure out a way to weave their request into the class. This keeps me on my toes; it’s a creative challenge that’s fun to solve each time we meet. I believe it makes the class more interesting and useful for everyone, too. After all Qigong is at its foundation deeply practical. Got a stiff back? There’s an exercise for that! Weltschmertz? Qigong is the perfect antidote!
As ever, thank you so much for your ongoing commitment and for spreading the news to your friends and family about our interactive Qigong community. It has been my dream from the start to have a group just like this, and I appreciate every one of you!
Thank you also for your donations. Your $5-10 dollar donation per class makes it possible for all of us, even those who cannot currently afford to donate, to stay connected to the healing flow of Qigong: we’re in this together. There is a link to PayPal on my homepage www.criscaivano.com or you may mail a check to me at P.O. Box 84, Clinton Corners, NY 12514.
Qi-fully and Appreciatively,
Cris
