“Strengthening, Qigong Style” Workshop; Saturday, July 11 at 11 AM

In response to your requests, I will be offering a 90-minute workshop on “Strengthening, Qigong Style” Saturday, July 11 at 11 AM.  I will teach Qigong exercises which are especially strengthening for the muscles and joints, and sprinkle in a few of the best exercises from my book “Strength Training After Fifty, Staying Fit and Fabulous”.
