“Wonderful.  Both my hands and feet are clapping :-)” ---Kathy L

“This is amazing and I love what you are doing.  I am feeling wonderful and peaceful.” ----Jane M.

“Great class! I am soooo relaxed!” ---Wendy D.

In case you’re on the fence about trying Qigong, I thought I’d share some comments from yesterday’s Zoom “chat”.  This isn’t to brag, it’s to show you what happens when you do Qigong. You get relaxed! You feel wonderful and peaceful! Your hands and feet clap!! I especially love it when students report that they had lots more energy for the rest of the day. That’s a common “side effect”. Here’s another:

“The good news is that I've been playing lots of golf!   What a joy for me!  It wasn't too long ago that I thought I might never play again.” ---Don B.

So, Qigong can help you recover from injury, too. Even chronic ones. I’ve experienced that myself, it’s one of the reasons I am lit up with inspiration to teach you how to do the same thing

UPCOMING WORKSHOP SATURDAY JULY 11 at 11: “Strengthening Qigong Style”. This 90- minute Zoom workshop will include both Qigong exercises as well as targeted strengthening exercises to support and fortify your joints and muscles. It will include floor work but I will show alternatives.  I’ll be teaching selected exercises from my book Strength Training After 50: Staying Fit and Fabulous, which also explains the theory and technique.
